pdf Characteristics of organic matter contents in bituminous Upper Jurassic rocks of the southwestern and central regions of Western Siberia according to pyrolytic studies results
The paper presents the pyrolytic studies results of bituminous Upper Jurassic various facies core belonging to various poorly studied section types within the southwestern and central regions of Western Siberia.
Based on the new obtained data were created and clarified maps of average TOC and the catagenetic maturity stage of the organic matter in the Upper Jurassic strata, determined from calculated values of the vitrinite reflectance index (R0) through the Тмах parameter. Significant changes in autochthonous organic matter compositions of the Upper Jurassic strata within the study area and their relationship with the level of its catagenetic maturity were established. The unique data of the kerogen type and the Mulymya Formation organic matter content from new exploration wells allow us to revise high-carbon Upper Jurassic rocks regional distribution patterns, which contained huge hydrocarbon resources.

pdf Petrophysical characteristics of the Late Jurassic - Early Cretaceous productive levels of the Sredne-Nazym field
The article is devoted to the development of approaches to the allocation of reservoirs in such a complex object as the Late Jurassic - Early Cretaceous sequences of Western Siberia. Based on the generalization and systematization of laboratory core studies, well logging and field data, the main lithological types of potential reservoirs rocks are identified, their petrophysical characteristics are given, the position in the section and patterns of distribution over the area are determined using the example of the Sredne-Nazym field. The reservoirs are divided into two types: 1st type - rocks with reservoir properties corresponding to traditional reservoirs; 2nd type - poor-porous potential reservoirs that could be involved in development only after technological impacts - hydrochloric acid treatment or hydraulic fracturing. The obtained results are used in planning the development of the Late Jurassic - Early Cretaceous sections, which is currently carried out using horizontal wells.

pdf Key aspects of the efficiency of sorbed hydrocarbons development technology in source rocks
The article is dedicate to studying the possibility of development low-permeability source rocks of Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous sequences in Western Siberia. Solving this problem technical impact will allows to overcome sorption forces holding already generated hydrocarbons molecules on kerogen is needed. The results of laboratory pressure drop experiments in rich hydrocarbon rock under close to reservoir conditions were considered, and also the field tests of thermal effects on formations were described.
As a result, key factors that determine the effectiveness of using development technology for low-permeability source rocks were identified. It is concluded that the main parameter is the coverage of low permeable rocks by impact on the area and in the section.

pdf  The productivity factors of Bazhenov Formation in Frolov Megadepression (Western Siberia)
The results of a 10-year pilot operation concerning Bazhenov Formation (source rock, low permeability and unconventional reservoir) on the north-western side of the Frolov Megadepression are summarized. Based on the results of well survey and assessment of their cumulative oil production; the wells were typified by productivity. Lithological, sedimentological and stratigraphical reservoirs patterns are shown, and the influence of the paleostructural feature on productivity is assessed. Conclusions are made about the factors controlling the productivity of Bazhenov Formation in this region: paleorelief, hydrodynamic environment and diagenesis.

pdf  Localization of inflow intervals and storage volume of the Bazhenov Formation, Sredne-Nazym oil field
Paper describes first obtained results of EOR thermogas method applying to the Bazhenov Formation. Reservoir rocks oxidization in the Sredne-Nazym oil field showed various results: most permeable intervals undergone color alternation to reddish, while impermeable showed no reaction. Therefore, reservoir rocks oxidization marked permeable intervals of the Bazhenov Formation and confirmed its localization, previously identified by core, well and downhole logging data. Paper describes detailed stratigraphic control, lithological composition and productive intervals storage volume type. The results can be used as a reference point for Bazhenov Formation permeable intervals identification on other fields.

pdf  Conditions of reservoir formation in deposits of bazhenov strata whithin the junction of Krasnolenin arch and Frolov megadepression
The sedimentation processes in the Late Jurassic and Early Cretaceous are described in detail, along with the lithological structure of Bazhenov strata within the junction of Krasnolenin arch and Frolov megadepression (Western Siberia). Based on the stadial analysis the postsedimentary changes of the reservoir rocks were identified using isotopic analysis of oxygen and carbon carbonates. The dependents of reservoir rock properties and their lithological composition is presented.
