Participation in more than 100 scientific projects and grants on laboratory analysis of well cores, facies paleogeographic reconstructions of continental and marine sediments of the Paleogene, Cretaceous, Jurassic, Paleozoic; teaching on the subject of Lithology, Facies analysis, Sequence stratigraphy, General Geology.
Area of scientific interests: lithology, Jurassic deposits, genesis, facies paleogeographic reconstructions, reservoirs, genetic interpretation of the results of laboratory core analysis, oil and gas deposits.
Author of more than 60 publications, including 4 textbooks and teaching aids.

pdf Facies of Middle Jurassic strata of the Western Barsakelmes field (Ustyurt region, Republic of Uzbekistan)
A lithofacies modeling of Jurassic strata of the Kuanysh-Koskaly swell in the Ustyurt region was performed based on detailed laboratory core analysis and well geophysical survey data from the Western Barsakelmes field. Using V.S. Muromtsev's electrometric facies modeling method, continental formation conditions for the productive strata of the Middle Jurassic time were established. High-capacity reservoirs formed in channel zones of alluvial facies belts, while mudstones formed in lacustrine-marsh zones, and are of a local nature.

pdf Mineralogy of Jurassic petroleum bearing strata of North Ustyurt depression
The results of studying the mineralogical composition of the Jurassic petroleum bearing strata of North Ustyurt depression, in particular, terrigenous rocks of the lower, middle and upper sections, penetrated by deep wells are presented. Within the framework of these studies, associations of allogenic, authigenic and accessory minerals characteristic of the Jurassic strata were established, characterized by correlative features that make it possible to determine the conditions of sedimentation of the studied sections, as well as the areas and directions of removal of clastic material.

pdf  Compositional features of the Lower Permian sequences revealed in the Satbhai well 1 (Southern Ustyurt)
This article gives the detailed characteristics of Lower Permian section which was drilled by exploration Satbay-1 well. Based on the complex analysis of geological and geophysical data related to the drilled wells within the limits of the Shordja uplift authors identified a lot of petrogenetical, mineralogical - petrographical features and geochemical composition of the studied section.
