| Classification of oil and gas reserves and resources concerning the economic component of oil and gas production projects | |
| The inconveniences of the new classification of hydrocarbon reserves and resources in terms of financial and economic characteristics are analyzed on the example of the Timan-Pechora province. The possible solutions of these problems are proposed, such as: tax optimization, optimization of drillhole spacing, harmonization of the terms «resources categories» and «study and reliability of resources».
