|Issues of geological and economic audit of unclaimed oil and gas reserves and resources|
|The purpose, objectives, concept, content and structure of the geological and economic audit of unclaimed hydrocarbon resources are analyzed. The methodology of geological and economic audit of multiscale hydrocarbon objects is proposed (hydrocarbon deposits, fields, license areas, hydrocarbon base of the country). The difference between internal and external geological and economic audit is determined.
Based on the term of the ultimate commercial value of oil, determined by the price of the resulting oil refining products, a model of economic evaluation of reserves of unprofitable unclaimed deposits is recommended.

|Assessment potential of oil fields being in the late stage of enhanced energy efficiency|
|The generally importance of enhanced energy efficiency for the oil and gas industry, and especially for Russia as a whole is discussed. Attention is paid to the basic objects of occurrence of energy loss in oil producing objects. The assessment results on various options to optimize costs and increase energy efficiency in a field at a late stage of recovery are presented. An economic model developed by the authors to evaluate the economic potential by increasing energy efficiency is provided.

|Methodological aspects of the economic performance efficiency assessment of the organizations for associated petroleum gas use|
|The article presents an overview of economic issues in large-scale use of associated petroleum gas. The necessity of a comprehensive evaluation of companies’ activities in the field of use of associated petroleum gas is substantiated. Methodology of assessment of efficiency of rational use of associated petroleum gas by oil companies in the format of industrial agglomeration of oil and gas companies is proposed.

|Result-oriented approach to the implementation of innovative policy in the field of associated gas processing|
|An overview of issues and unsolved problems in widespread utilization of associated gas is presented. An experience of state regulation of associated gas utilization in the main oil production region (Khanty-Mansiysk) has been analyzed. Incentives for the implementation of innovation policy in the field of associated gas processing have been developed.
The feasibility of consideration and approval of project documentation for hydrocarbon fields’ development taking into account standards for use of associated gas as a precautionary and restrictive method has been proved, as well as approval and ongoing monitoring of the implementation of programs on rational use of associated gas.

|Geological and economical problems of renewalof oil and gas mineral resources|
|The main geological and economical problems of renewal of oil and gas mineral resources of Russia are considered. Additional possibilities of explored hydrocarbon resources are identified, the necessity of regular geological and economical reevaluation of probable resources is confirmed, various approaches to investment risks evaluation in various stages of exploration and development of hydrocarbon resources are considered to clarify their industrial importance, some proposals are made on enhancing the economical and legal framework of subsoil management and improvement of the new classification of oil and combustible gases reserves and resources.

|The theory and practice of probability estimation of geological risks and uncertainties in preparing oil and gas reserves|
|The questions of probability character of exploration process for oil and gas fields are considered. It is shown that risks and uncertainties are an integral property of exploration. Therefore under the conditions of market economics the estimation of risk and trustworthiness of decisions taken in preparing and developing the hydrocarbon resource base is of great importance. Such estimation may be received on the basis of geological-mathematical model of probabilistic growing oil and gas reserves. The proposed approach of probability estimating the geological risks and uncertainties in preparing and developing oil and gas reserves is approved in a promising oil-gas area.
