pdf  Utilization of oil contamination of soil by «Naftoks» biologics in financial terms
The analysis of the utilization efficiency of different fractions of oil contamination of soil (10 l/m2) by hydrocarbon micro-organisms (as the basis for «Naftoks» biologics) has been carried out. Cost calculations were based on the chemical-bitumen data that accounts for oil contamination before and after the introduction of biologics into the contaminated soil. A complex process of biochemical transformation of oil contamination has taken two months according to the calculations. The fraction of n-alkanes (C11-C24-25) was subjected to maximum utilization (37,0-53,1% of the initial content). The increase in the net content of alcohol-benzene resins, asphaltenes, aromatic, isoprenoid hydrocarbons, n-alkanes (C25- 26-C37) has been observed along with the reduction of the net content of oil, alcohol-benzene resins, methane-naphthenic hydrocarbons and n-alkanes (C11-C24-25).
Key words: hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms, oil contamination, «Naftoks» biologics, bioremediation of soils.
